- Who we are: Gardn is operated by DC KOREN LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 15404940). "We" in these Terms means that company.
- Acceptance: by creating an account or using Gardn you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
- What the app is: a management and tracking tool for self-employed service providers. It helps you record clients, jobs, quotes and payments — it does not charge your clients or process any payments on your behalf.
- Not tax or accounting advice: Gardn is a record-keeping and tracking tool. The figures it shows — including VAT, income, expenses and profit — are a record of what you entered. They are not a tax return, an assessment, or tax, accounting or legal advice. Reporting to the authorities, and the accuracy of it, is your responsibility and your accountant’s.
- Subscription: Gardn is offered as a monthly subscription with a free first month, billed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by the store under its own terms.
- Your responsibilities: you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for using the app lawfully, and for the personal data of your own clients — including having a lawful basis to store it and honouring their privacy rights.
- Your account: keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Acceptable use: do not use the app for unlawful purposes, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Availability: we aim to keep the app working but provide it "as is", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups of important data.
- Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you did not back up.
- Termination: you can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.
- Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
- Changes: we may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
